Mary Mother of God appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal six times in 1917, every 13th of the month, May to October. We are entrusted to Our Lady of Fatima as patron saint of our parish.

Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Lakewood, Colorado was a dedicated pilgrimage site for the Fatima Pilgrimage Year, October 23, 2016 to October 29, 2017. We welcomed all pilgrims through our Holy Door.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Our Lady's appearances in Fatima, our parish embarked on a journey of prayer, fellowship and learning. We desire to follow Jesus, and his mother Mary is showing us the way.

2 Million Rosary Goal Reached

Let's Keep Praying the Rosary Daily!

At all of her appearances, Our Lady asked the children to pray the Rosary. It has been 100 years and, while two of the Fatima children are now saints, it is now up to us to pray the Rosary daily.

Thank you all for recording your Rosary tally. The online counter is now closed. We continue to keep a Rosary count at our parish outside the Adoration Chapel.

Parish Pioneer Project

For the Fatima Centennial, we asked “parish pioneers” what it has meant to be members of the parish with our Blessed Mother as the patroness. Here are their stories, along with ministry histories, archive photos and descriptions of parish architecture and art. For the full collection, go to Our Stories.
